We manage product development programs from idea to manufacturing. These activities include Ideas Research, (which includes technology research and product benchmarking) consumer research, concept design, mechanical engineering, electronics and embedded systems, prototype development and manufacturing including batch and support for large volume production. ideas engine
Axiom’s strong culture of innovation is its key differentiator. When customers walk into Axiom and refer to a ‘smell of the place’, this is what they mean. Axiom’s internal Ideas Engine is a vibrant funnel of new and sometimes disruptive ideas. People put up ideas, based on observations, insights or research. The IdeasEngine filters and refines these concepts, following a multi-stage process involving brainstorming, feasibility of productization, patentability, market opportunity and the degree of difference it can make to peoples lives. Design & development teams then take these concepts through our standard product development process. We support this culture with weekly innovation sessions, covering everything from theatre to creative competitions.
