Program Management
Axiom's Program Management activity is pivotal to owning a program and delivering on expectations. When an engagement begins, a Program Manager is identified as the single point of contact for a customer. The Program Manager draws up the vision to drive the program. The Program Manager drives periodic interactions with the customer as well as being responsible for managing in-house resources. Axiom's Program Managers also coordinate with Axiom’s supplier/vendor ecosystem to ensure delivery of prototypes, assemblies, electronic hardware and manufactured components. Customers also rely on Axiom’s Program Management to carry out supplier due diligence in South Asia and China or liaise with manufacturing partners in India or mainland China to transfer design intent.
