Large South Asian coffee major required simplification and re-design of their existing bean to cup vending machine. Axiom was contracted for trouble shooting and documenting the problems. The next step was to address these issues through systematic re-engineering

The redesigned coffee machine was launched in market in 2008 and was very well received
