Solar Charge ControllersA large cooperative dairy in Western India wanted solar chargers for UPS systems. These UPSs was required to be deployed in their milk collection centers. The solar chargers were design to charge for 24V DC bus, charging 100AH sealed lead acid batteries

The design and development of the system started with study of solar panel power generation patterns , design and development of charge controllers to match the solar panel output to charge 24V100AH batteries. Multiple prototypes were developed for filed testing followed by a batch volume manufacture of 100 units
